KEEP CALM and Enjoy LOS PINOS!
Said the sign on the Door to our lovely Cloud Forest Cabana. That's it in the Photos - up on stilts with great views of the Flora and Fauna. This morning there's no rain - although still plenty of clouds - and we enjoy a 3 km hike around Los Pinos Forest. Plenty of Birds and an abundance of Flora although no four legged creatures (apart from the little black dog with brown legs who appeared from nowhere and accompanied us for the whole hike - maybe there's a connection?)
At the top of the Los Pinos Mountain we found their organic vegetable garden - help yourselves the nice lady at Recepcion said when we checked-in. So we did! We kept calm, filled our hats and hands and enjoyed a Los Pinos home grown salad for Dinner.
With a Log Fire in our Cabana! Haven't had one of these since Patagonia - who would have thought that here in the tropics of Central America in Summer it would be so cold!?

PS - Amanda hung our essential supplies from a rope out on the Veranda - was it to keep Bears away?
