We're getting to grips with this Blog lark at last.
Barrio Paris-Londres. Two intersecting cobble-stoned streets dating back to the roaring 20's. So pretty , lined with glorious townhouses. But with a gloomy past. At the end of the street we visited Londres 38, a building that served as a torture centre during Pinochet's government.
And then a walk in to the fruit markets, book sellers stores and street cafes where we dined on Churrascos and Completos (I picked out the steak/sausage and gave the meat to David).
On to a strawberry sellers delight, two lone tourists ready to be ripped off, we didn't get the juicy strawbs at the front or the price the lady before us got. Lesson learned.
